Roger Bradshaw is a sugar and soft commodities specialist with more than three decades of experience in agribusiness finance, trading, and strategic advisory. He is currently Senior Investment Officer at Soft Commodity Consulting Ltd, advising on M&A, project finance, and fund formation across agribusiness and soft commodities, with a particular focus on the global sugar industry. Earlier in his career he spent 17 years at Rabobank in London and Hong Kong, rising to Global Head of Sugar, Sweeteners and Co-Products and leading structured trade, commodity finance, and agri project finance across North Asia. He also served as Senior Policy Advisor to the President of Mitr Phol Sugar, and held senior sugar trading and processing roles at ED&F Man in Hong Kong and the Far East, managing large-scale sugar purchases and contract negotiations across Asia. He connects deep sugar-market knowledge to the financing and strategic realities that shape supply.
