Product overview:
Adult male cattle that are intact and often used for breeding purposes. Bull meat is less common in the market due to its leaner texture and stronger flavor.
These are younger male cattle that haven’t reached full maturity. Their meat is generally leaner and can be tougher compared to older cattle.
Another term for young bulls, specifically referring to male cattle that are reared for meat production. The term is more commonly used in certain regions, like the UK.
Male cattle that have been castrated, typically known for producing high-quality beef. Steers are less aggressive than bulls and are raised primarily for their meat, which is tender and well-marbled.
Female cattle that have not yet borne a calf. Heifer meat is prized for its tenderness and flavor, often considered superior to older cows but slightly less marbled than steer meat.

Often considered a specialty or gourmet item, it is used in a variety of culinary applications, from stews to roasts. Due to its low-fat and high-protein content, rabbit meat is also valued as a healthier alternative to other meats. We also provide data for Rabbit lvwt and ddwt.
