What you will be doing

As a AI Engineer in our Data Science team, you will:

  • Enhance and maintain existing models and applications
  • Research and prototype new AI applications within Vesper
  • Optimize and scale machine learning pipelines (MLOps) for production
  • Deploy and maintain ML solutions using cloud infrastructure 
  • Collaborate with various teams to integrate ML into our platform
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advancements and bring fresh ideas into practice

What you will bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate across teams
  • Experience in time series forecasting and working with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI applications (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph or similar)
  • Proven track record of writing production-quality code
  • Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production (AWS experience preferred)
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience (or equivalent academic/industry experience)
  • Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
  • Initiative and ability to lead small projects; proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Python
  • A curious, creative mindset with eagerness to experiment and learn
  • Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to a changing product
