What you will do
As a Partnerships Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our collaborative and dynamic environment. Together with the Head of Partnerships and Partnership Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Data Research to ensure the success of our initiatives.
Your mission is dual-faceted. Firstly, you will be responsible for sourcing and potentially managing Data/Content providers to ensure our users have access to the latest insights for well-informed decision-making. Simultaneously, you will be tasked with setting up and building a network of strategic partners to generate leads and establish intermediary sales channels, expanding our user base.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to gain hands-on experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) partner management. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of industry experts, data scientists, and software engineers who are passionate about using technology to transform the commodity trading industry.

You will be involved in partnerships tasks, such as:
- Prospecting potential partners through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop partner collateral and events.
- Qualifying partner leads and setting up meetings for the Partnerships/Data Research team.
- Assisting with partner presentations and product demonstrations.
- Participating in partner meetings and providing input on strategy and tactics.
- Maintaining accurate records of partner activity and interactions in CRM system (HubSpot).
- Analyzing partner data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Providing exceptional partner service to existing partners and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
- Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
