Our business intelligence solution is already used by global companies such as Nestlé, Danone and Unilever. Building on this foundation, we are developing a B2B marketplace to realise our mission while generating data & insights for our intelligence solution.
Your mission as our B2B Marketing Designer is to craft compelling visual content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience, amplify our brand, and drive engagement across all channels. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of Vesper’s marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence in the agricultural commodities sector.
What you will be doing
- Play a pivotal role in achieving the marketing team’s KPIs, including qualified leads, conversion rates, and revenue, by creating designs that enhance engagement and drive measurable results.
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact creative concepts for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including the website, digital ads, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and event materials.
- Define and maintain Vesper’s visual identity, ensuring consistency and innovation across all visual communications.
- You will collaborate closely with the Product Designer to co-own the responsibility for brand consistency and quality across our product, sales, and marketing efforts. This includes developing and maintaining a shared design system to ensure alignment and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams to align design initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Translate complex concepts into visually engaging content, making technical topics accessible and appealing to diverse audiences.
- Build and oversee a comprehensive library of design assets, templates, and guidelines to scale visual content creation efficiently.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance Vesper’s visual content quality and impact.
- Mentor and guide the client-facing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and driving brand consistency while maintaining quality standards.
What you will bring
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer in a B2B environment (experience in tech or SaaS is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as a willingness to adopt new tools (including AI tools) to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance design capabilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of B2B marketing design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- General interest in the commodity space, with a curiosity and passion for agricultural commodities, the market trends, and the dynamics shaping the industry.
- Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to take initiative, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and act as a self-starter, bringing creative ideas to life independently while staying aligned with broader business goals.
- Collaborative mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to understand the performance of visual content and optimize designs accordingly.
