What we expect from this role
Your mission as our Product Manager Data is to make Vesper the leading source of actionable and high-quality agricultural commodity data. You will own the data experience of our platform and work to:
- Expand our data coverage to new industries within the food supply chain by deeply understanding customer needs and market gaps
- Enhance our data quality, ensuring customers can trust and act on insights with confidence
- Drive AI-powered recommendations and intelligence that help our users in their buying and selling decisions

What you will be doing
- Define and execute the data strategy in line with the broader product vision and strategy to become the most trusted source for agricultural commodities
- Lead customer and product discovery for data initiatives by interacting with customers, industry experts and internal analysts
- Set and track relevant data metrics, ensuring that data accuracy, coverage and usability improve
- Translate insights into a prioritized roadmap, balancing short-term impact with long-term differentiation
- Oversee product delivery and process (planning, delivery, QA, release) in collaboration with the tech lead, applying industry best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, analysts, senior management and other teams. You reach out pro-actively to other teams, spot opportunities to improve collaboration with other teams, involve management at the right moment and can push back where needed
What you will bring
- 4-7 years experience as Product Manager in a B2B SaaS, data intelligence or AI-driven platform (previous experience in a fast-growing environments like start-ups/scale-ups is a pre)
- A passion for data, with an affinity for AI applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills – Break down large, complex issues into clear and workable steps. Be able to research and apply quantitative and qualitative insights
- Solid stakeholder management skills – Love to say “yes”, but definitely know when to say “no”. You keep everyone in the loop and can create a shared understanding across the team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills – Be a solid communicator, ask the right questions, know when to listen, and how to transmit an idea to others (technical and non-technical)
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills – Balance your and team’s time between long-term vision and immediate execution
- Proven ability to drive discovery and delivery – Apply qualitative and quantitative techniques to de-risk product investments
- A proactive and learning mindset – Have strong self-motivation and always looking to learn and improve
- A sharp eye for detail and strong technical acumen – Have a solid understanding of how data products work and ensure the quality and reliability of our data systems.
- Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
