AMF (Anhydrous Milkfat)

BMP (Buttermilk Powder)

Nonfat Dry Milk

Nonfat dry milk contains up to 5% moisture and less than 1.5% fat, with no protein adjustment allowed. In the US, the use of the name Nonfat Dry Milk is regulated by 21 CFR 131.125. Our prices cover various prices in the USA.

WMP (Whole Milk Powder)

Whole Milk Powder contains up to 5% moisture, with a fat content between 26% and less than 42%. We cover prices across the EU, USA, Asia, LATAM, and the GDT.

SMP (Skimmed Milk Powder)

Skimmed Milk Powder is obtained by partially removing fat and water from milk. The protein content may be adjusted to a minimum of 34%, with a fat content of less than 1.5%. We cover prices across the EU, USA, Asia, LATAM, and the GDT, with multiple varieties including Feed, Food, and Buffalo.
