As our SDR Team Lead, you play an integral role on our inside sales team by generating qualified pipeline that fuels our revenue growth. A team of great SDRs is already in place, and you’ll also have room to grow your team. What you will be doing

  • Managing a growing team of SDRs tasked with generating pipeline to reach our sales targets
  • Leading by example, jumping in as needed to connect with prospects and move deals forward 
  • Overseeing the generation and management of leads, ensuring high-quality leads are passed on to the Account Executives
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with SDRs to review performance, set goals, and provide personalized coaching.
  • Developing and executing a training program for SDRs to improve connect rates, qualification and conversion rates. 
  • Working closely together with our Marketing team on the inbound process and to ensure that the messaging used by SDRs in their outreach is consistent with our positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Collaborating with our Sales Managers to shape the overall sales strategy and execute consistently across the business 
  • Setting and monitoring the KPIs for the SDRs, including forecasts, and proactively identifying areas for improvement at individual, team and company levels
  • Working closely together with our RevOps team to ensure we have the right tooling and data to support your team

What you will bring

  • 3+ years experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a SaaS company where you demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • 1+ years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory position
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing scale-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within and outside the company.
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Any other language is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, we use Hubspot
