What we expect from this role

As our new Key Account Lead, you will work directly with our VP of sales, CEO, COO, and commercial team to help expand Vesper’s network. Your mission is to create and nurture long-term relationships with a set of international enterprise clients and be a critical contributor to achieving Vesper’s ambitious growth target by landing and expanding opportunities.

What you will be doing

  • Actively drive the development of Vesper’s user and client base through upselling and cross-selling
  • Deliver on our ambitious sales targets
  • Continue your relationship with our enterprise clients and explore future opportunities for collaboration while building strong account plans and expansion strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise accounts so they translate into high client retention
  • Acquire deep insights of clients’ needs through feedback and close collaboration, become their strategic partner
  • Present our tool to external senior managers, directors, and purchasers; become an expert on the use and best practices of Vesper’s product and understand its added value for potential partners
  • Provide Enterprise clients with information, reports, prepare and present quarterly business reviews
  •  Represent Vesper at large international sales fairs and trade shows
  • Constantly analyze market situation on key accounts

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of successful key account management experience, you have a track record of delivering value to complex enterprise customers with large employee bases
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building, both internally and externally
  • Strong business sense, negotiating skills and management skills to handle a network of key client accounts
  • Assertive and comfortable negotiating  with C-level
  • Team player, enjoying working closely with multiple departments (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product)  in order to deliver the best possible value to your Enterprise Clients 
  • Understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models, SaaS experience nice to have
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the desire to inspire and coach junior colleagues
